📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across a TypeScript/React frontend and a Typescript/Python backend. • Own and extend integrations and backend services (LoanPro, HubSpot, internal APIs), and be the accountable owner for at least one as you ramp. • Add tests, monitoring, and instrumentation to raise reliability and catch issues before customers do. • Investigate and resolve production issues, driving down recurring errors over time. • Participate in code review, design discussions, and planning, communicating proactively in a Slack-first team. • Use AI coding tools and automation to work faster and reduce manual, repetitive work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production software. • Strong full-stack ability with a backend lean, hands-on with TypeScript/React and Python. • Demonstrated experience owning services, APIs, or integrations end-to-end. • A working discipline around testing, monitoring, and reliability. • Experience at an early-stage startup (seed/Series A–B) is a strong plus. • Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI tooling is a strong plus. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and processes evolve. • 1+ year of experience working in a remote or distributed environment is preferred. • Self-directed, accountable, and proactive — thrives where the playbook is still being written.
