📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of order processing, routing, and shipping for the assigned retail partnership • Track orders from placement through delivery and proactively resolve issues before delays occur • Ensure shipments follow retailer-specific requirements and routing guides • Monitor changing compliance standards and flag gaps before chargebacks or rejected shipments • Coordinate production schedules and shipping timelines with strategic partners and co-packers • Resolve operational issues quickly through clear, proactive communication • Track order status and provide data-driven operational visibility • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service to maintain alignment and information flow

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain roles • Intermediate in Spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, data reporting) • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships with external partners • Strong organizational skills that hold up under pressure and during high-volume periods • A proactive ownership mindset, you spot problems before they're pointed out to you • Experience working with retail partnerships and routing guides/compliance requirements (preferred) • Familiarity with co-packer or third-party manufacturing relationships (preferred) • Experience with order management or ERP systems (preferred) • Submit a resume and a brief note explaining interest and experience alignment • Include “I am the next Irene!” in the header of the application note
