📋 Description

• Ensure adequate inventory levels across 35+ external fulfillment facilities. • Facilitate replenishments with co-manufacturers and co-packers, including fulfillment requests and freight coordination. • Translate sales forecasts and historical data into replenishment plans for the production team. • Support end-of-month inventory verification and reconciliation. • Support B2C order fulfillment. • Ensure co-manufacturers receive required paperwork daily and on time. • Schedule pickups with assigned external carriers. • Manage inventory transfers between co-manufacturers and fulfillment centers in NetSuite. • Maintain accurate transfer documentation and real-time inbound data. • Track delivery status, provide updates to external partners, and track delivery costs. • Help identify potential partners in targeted regions and provide analytical support for network expansion. • Build and maintain performance dashboards covering in-stock rate, weeks on hand, order processing time, storage cost, and freight spend. • Develop internal tools and processes for scalable replenishment planning. • Model network scenarios, freight costs, and inventory positioning across manufacturing and distribution tiers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. • 2–4 years of experience in production planning, operations analysis, or supply chain coordination, ideally in a manufacturing, CPG, or co-man environment. • High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, scenario modeling, large data sets. • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system strongly preferred. • Strong analytical instincts — read between the numbers, anticipate issues before they surface, and translate data into a clear action plan. • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. • Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external manufacturing partners. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean team environment where you own your work and figure things out. • Experience in lawn & garden, soil, agriculture, or a category with multi-site co-manufacturing is a plus. • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
