📋 Description

• Install and retrieve AccessESP Retrievable ESP systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore environments • Support ESP operations to maximize well productivity and equipment run life • Troubleshoot ESP and Artificial Lift System equipment and implement corrective actions • Lead field operations and serve as a technical resource on customer locations and rigs • Adapt work methods and solutions when standard procedures are not viable • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery • Support domestic and international assignments, including short-notice travel • Prepare accurate field reports and service documentation • Handle special projects and operational assignments • Conduct activities in compliance with HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of ALS, ESP, Completions, Wireline, or related oilfield field experience • Hands-on experience with Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Artificial Lift equipment • Leadership capability in field and rig-site operations • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Valid offshore experience • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to quickly adapt to changing job assignments and operational requirements • Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital reporting tools • Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work a global rotational schedule
