📋 Description

• Support daily administrative recruiting tasks for the Business Professional Recruiting team • Schedule telephone, video, and in-person interviews and intake meetings across multiple time zones • Prepare job-specific recruitment booklets • Create and send computerized candidate assessments and upload results to Workday profiles • Generate and distribute interview feedback forms • Manage the employee referral process and upload correspondence to Workday • Maintain the Buddy Survey Log and distribute 30-day and 60-day Microsoft Forms surveys • Maintain the SharePoint scheduling log and recruitment process checklist • Coordinate new-hire orientation meetings and new-hire check-in calls and meetings • Initiate and monitor background checks, reference checks, and conflicts surveys • Partner with the conflicts team and background check vendor to ensure timely completion • Respond to candidate inquiries via Workday, telephone, and email • Communicate daily with the recruiting team and Hiring Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and onboarding systems • Working knowledge of firm-wide applications such as Workday Recruiting, iManage/FileSite, and NetDocs • Experience with SharePoint for team collaboration is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word • Regular and predictable attendance • Ability to work beyond standard scheduled hours as needed • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
