📋 Description

• Generate pipeline through discovery and customized outreach targeting uniquely identified contacts for each account • Conduct strategic segment and account research to understand customer challenges • Identify and connect with prospects and communicate how Bamboo Health can address their challenges • Interact with daily operators and executives regarding organizational workflows and strategic objectives • Collaborate with the Growth team on segment strategy, messaging, persona-centric value propositions, qualification criteria, and strategic account planning • Maintain prospect relationships and manage long-term interactions using the technology stack • Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Align solutions to prospect goals and ensure required information is represented in Salesforce • Launch and operationalize Bamboo Health’s AI MDR solution • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to refine workflows, optimize messaging, and provide feedback on the AI MDR system • Identify repetitive tasks and implement scalable automation solutions • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation expectations • Partner with Market Development Directors to refine outreach strategies and improve segment performance • Book outbound meetings that drive opportunity generation • Share market insights, prospect feedback, and AI-driven learnings to influence outreach strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 2+ years of similar professional experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably healthcare and/or tech • Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Letter AI, or role-specific tools • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to engage operational and executive-level stakeholders • Forward-thinking, curious mindset and openness to experimenting with new technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with high-quality virtual interactions and minimal distractions • Ability to travel periodically for work
