📋 Description

• Embed with critical clients, working inside their teams, systems, and data • Own work that clients rely on daily • Deploy BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM, and data in client platforms • Ship an initial release quickly, learn from real usage, and improve each cycle • Build evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and cost control into deployments • Identify client needs and bring in the wider BPX specialist team • Feed reusable patterns and components back into BPX-OS for other engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Technical fluency across the front office stack, sufficient to deploy and configure directly in client systems • Hands-on AI and agentic workflow experience in live client work, running in daily use • Experience rapidly deploying a first version and improving it iteratively • Confidence working directly with operators and executives • Commercial judgment to assess deployment value and decline work that will not pay back • Comfort with ambiguity and moving from problem to live deployment without a fixed specification • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
