📋 Description

• Develop new client relationships through Bank Partner introductions and direct self-sourcing • Retain identified clients by developing strong relationships and consistently reviewing client needs • Generate organic growth in deposits and fee income through solutions-oriented guidance • Review, service, and maintain the client portfolio, including working capital analysis • Review portfolio profitability and manage exception pricing and account structures to minimize non-standard adjustments • Complete risk management reviews for ACH, credit card, and RDC services • Introduce customers to other service-related lines of business • Attend applicable Bank-sourced training and instruction sessions • Collaborate with relationship managers, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement customized treasury management strategies • Analyze client financial data and recommend treasury management solutions to optimize cash flow, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of Treasury Management experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to analyze client financial data and treasury management needs • Ability to develop and implement customized treasury management strategies • Understanding of complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Ability to work with limited supervision and apply guidelines proficiently • Ability to regularly travel within the assigned market to meet clients and internal partners • Ability to travel outside the market as needed • Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs. • Must meet all compliance requirements imposed by state and federal law, regulation, and First Financial Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, suspicious activity reporting, lending, and deposit compliance requirements • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred
