📋 Description

• Underwrite and manage complex commercial real estate loan originations within the Commercial Real Estate Division • Develop and analyze commercial real estate credits and provide thorough recommendations • Prepare credit opportunities in collaboration with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration • Analyze credit and financial information from customers, credit bureaus, financial institutions, and Bank files • Prepare credit requests, modifications, and extensions; provide project analysis, risk assessments, summaries, and recommendations • Collaborate on loan closings, review loan and entity documentation, and assist with loan budget preparation • Track and analyze financial information for new, renewed, and existing loans • Monitor loan terms for covenant compliance and maintain loan files and monitoring systems • Manage customer financial information and credit files, including tax returns, inventory, credit reports, financial statements, cash flows, and contingent liabilities • Maintain documentation supporting the Bank's lien position and provide technical or advisory assistance to CRE Relationship Managers • Assist with customer relationship management and perform site visits as necessary • Manage portfolio priorities, including reporting issues, maturities, delinquencies, loan performance, construction progress, lease-up performance, covenant compliance, and risk ratings • Assist with periodic external and internal loan reviews • Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, government regulations, auditing procedures, and department goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) • 6 or more years of banking credit analysis experience required • Advanced analytical skills and working knowledge of financial accounting • Ability to spread and analyze financial statements, cash flows, and tax returns for companies and individuals with moderate to complex structures • Knowledge of company formation structures and borrowing and guaranty structures • Advanced skills managing portfolio needs, including reporting issues, concentrations, maturities, delinquencies, loan performance, construction progress, lease-up execution, covenant compliance, and risk ratings • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage customer relationship and maintenance issues in the absence of CRE Relationship Managers • Ability to understand client needs, identify potential cross-sell opportunities, and participate in team calling goals • Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and similar programs • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to Commercial Real Estate Lending • Ability to travel 20%
