📋 Description

• Provide administrative services and customer or vendor support for the assigned area • Perform business support functions and related administrative tasks supporting programs or processes • Review and audit documents, forms, and invoices for accuracy and appropriateness • Initiate corrective action when appropriate • Correspond with customers, patients, potential candidates, and vendors via verbal, electronic, and written communications • Maintain records and files, ensuring documentation is entered accurately and on time into departmental applications • Prepare, collate, and distribute reports • Complete recurring department projects and one-time projects as directed by the supervisor • Maintain supply inventories, place and expedite supply orders, and verify receipt • Work independently under general supervision • Represent Banner Health as a primary point of contact for outside entities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education • Two or more years of administrative work experience in a related area • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at hire and maintained throughout employment for applicable Banner Behavioral Health Hospital roles • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at hire and maintained throughout employment for applicable behavioral health clinical settings serving children • Arizona Criminal History Affidavit must be signed upon hire for applicable behavioral health clinical settings serving children • Ability to follow oral and written directions • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with departmental personnel and assist customers with inquiries • Ability to schedule meetings and appointments • Ability to assist with incoming telephone calls and walk-ins • Ability to work effectively with common office software, including spreadsheets and word processing • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain a professional manner • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
