📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, implement, tune, and maintain cybersecurity solutions • Resolve technical and business issues related to threat and vulnerability management, identity management, security operations, forensics, and data protection • Support planning, implementation, and operation of the Enterprise Identity and Access Management platform • Develop and deploy IAM features, access certifications, provisioning, modeling, workflows, and automation • Work with Cybersecurity Architects to execute strategic cyber initiatives • Evaluate security components of networks, applications, and end-user devices • Provide guidance to ensure new systems meet regulatory and technical standards • Participate in root-cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities after failures • Manage cybersecurity systems, including tuning, release updates, and change management • Design and implement cybersecurity solutions and secure baseline configurations • Perform technical assessments for policy, standards, and regulatory compliance • Evaluate and develop security policies and procedures • Administer and sustain security for in-house infrastructures and services • Participate in cybersecurity projects, including scope requirements, budgeting, and work breakdown • Provide cybersecurity support across multiple departments and interact with staff and management at all levels • Work Monday through Friday during normal business hours with on-call support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field • 0–3 years of enterprise-scale information security engineering experience, preferably in healthcare • Experience with IT operations and/or security operations • Experience automating security processes, coding, and scripting languages • Ability to perform acquisition processes, including vendor selection, requirements definition, and contractual documentation development • Ability to document security processes and develop use cases • Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, and Sarbanes-Oxley • Experience assessing vendors and submitting enhancement requests • Experience planning, designing, and implementing cybersecurity solutions • Experience operating, maintaining, and managing the lifecycle of cybersecurity solutions • Knowledge of security engineering principles, risk management, resilience, vulnerability management, information security, and security operations • Independent judgment, critical decision-making, and analytical skills • Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to balance project workloads with customer support and on-call demands • General knowledge of information technology and information security principles and practices • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences across facilities and organizational levels • Ability to work variable shifts and respond to after-hours notifications as required • Preferred certification: SSCP, HCISPP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP-ISSEP, CEH, SANS GIAC, or CISA • Preferred: two years as a System Administrator, in Security Operations, or in IT Operations; or two years of risk management or GRC experience in a healthcare/medical environment • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
