📋 Description
• Provide analytical support for financial positioning and growth of assigned area/region • Lead development, analysis, and preparation of financial plans and reporting • Ensure regulatory compliance within assigned business units • Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies • Prepare and present business plans and financial reports
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in financial management • Proficient in advanced Excel • Knowledge of medical professional billing including CPT codes and wRVUs • Excellent human relations skills
