📋 Description

• Prepare individual federal and state income tax returns • Collect, review, and organize client tax documents • Communicate professionally with clients throughout the tax preparation process • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information • Follow IRS regulations, due diligence requirements, and company compliance standards • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each client interaction • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Grow your personal client portfolio through networking and referrals
