📋 Description

• Support and enhance Banner Health’s IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Change, Knowledge, and related practices • Assist with process improvements, ServiceNow story development, testing and validation, reporting and metrics, operational support, and training and process documentation • Support application and hardware lifecycle management across desktop, data center, server operating systems, storage, virtual machine, cloud, network, endpoint, database, and operations platforms • Define and document requirements for system enhancements and resolve system deficiencies • Create project specifications, establish technical vision, and analyze usability and performance tradeoffs • Write and review requirements analysis and user stories; develop sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes • Act as liaison between business units and IT • Develop integrated testing scenarios and comprehensive test plans; perform testing and post-production validation • Design and facilitate end-user training and curriculum • Investigate, track, and resolve complex project, system, and application errors • Provide advanced guidance to users and mentor junior department members • Support business governance, request prioritization, backlog management, and Scrum or Kanban processes • Attend change advisory board meetings when appropriate • Develop technology solutions using data analysis and accepted or newly created processes • Take responsibility for selected information systems and make project and application decisions • Participate in meetings, presentations, visioning, strategy, planning, implementation, and company-wide support activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge • Two years of technical support experience, including maintaining, monitoring, and in-depth troubleshooting of technical systems • Ability to develop conceptual sketches, wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with varied customer and support groups • Communication, presentation, and organizational skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to communicate and interact across all services and organizational levels • Knowledge of Information Technology in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to work variable shifts and hours and carry/respond to a pager when required • Must live in one of the listed states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, or WY • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • Advanced Microsoft applications knowledge preferred
