📋 Description

• Track staffing and coverage metrics against a goal of zero cancelled groups and flag gaps for clinical leadership • Support development of caseload and hiring rules across states • Partner with the Clinical Director and Recruitment team on clinical recruiting needs • Maintain and update job descriptions for clinical-side telehealth roles • Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure telehealth equipment and system access are ready • Develop and implement standardized clinician training programs • Track onboarding milestones and facilitate hand-offs to Clinical Supervisors • Manage therapist licensing operations, renewals, records, and state requirements • Support clinicians through multi-state licensure and maintain the license database • Develop a standardized licensing management process in partnership with clinical and compliance leadership • Coordinate with HR on license maintenance and Medicaid credentialing • Map the client journey and document current-state workflows for redesign • Assist with revised onboarding, cohorting, and completion processes • Help implement client/alumni feedback panels and surveying infrastructure • Support outcomes and funnel-tracking data collection • Support management dashboards reflecting staffing, licensing, and program KPIs • Serve as an operational contact for supervisors and HR, Compliance, and BD partners • Take on operational build-out projects as the telehealth program scales • Implement The Joint Commission Standards throughout the Virtual Care division • Manage or assist with telehealth compliance database systems, training, updates, security, and reporting • Develop survey and audit preparation timelines and hold remote, multi-state personnel accountable • Provide progress reports on compliance and quality initiatives • Monitor staff compliance with behavioral health policies and procedures • Assist with launching new telehealth locations and states and research telehealth regulations • Manage compliance-related projects and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare or behavioral health operations, program coordination, or HR/credentialing support • Multi-state or telehealth experience is a plus • Strong project management skills • Comfortable building processes from scratch and structuring ambiguous, fast-moving priorities • Experience with licensing/credentialing processes and tracking systems preferred • Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and workflows, such as IOP, PHP, and care coordination, is helpful • Clinical licensure is not required • Comfort with Excel, Power BI, or similar data/reporting tools • Systems and technology familiarity is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical leadership, HR, Compliance, and BD • Familiarity with The Joint Commission standards, state telehealth practice regulations, and audit/survey preparation preferred • Compliance or quality-focused experience in behavioral health or telehealth is a strong plus
