📋 Description

• Own time to value for every new admin, from signup to a shared calendar that solves their problem • Own activation definition, events, reporting, and target • Own the referral loop turning shared-calendar viewers into admins, including mobile viewers • Own the upgrade path from free plan limits to paid conversion • Own the AI onboarding agent guiding new admins • Set the experiment cadence: what gets tested, shipped, or cut • Talk with customers and read support conversations weekly to identify friction • Build prototypes to test ideas quickly • Write code with AI, open pull requests, and ship to production with engineering • Design with AI tools • Instrument the funnel and build reporting • Drive activation rate, time to value, viewer-to-admin conversion, and free-to-paid conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or product at a self-serve software company where customers sign up and pay without talking to sales • Have built and shipped products yourself • Have owned onboarding, activation, an upgrade path, or an in-product share loop, with results you can name • Write production code with AI, open pull requests, write SQL, and instrument events yourself • Design with AI • Stay close to the customer and change the product based on what you hear • Self-starter who works independently alongside engineering and support • Experience at a small company or as an early hire • Move fast
