📋 Description

• Configure, optimize, and support the Epic ASAP module for emergency department workflows • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance system functionality and integrate Epic applications • Analyze user needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and patient care • Provide ongoing application analysis and troubleshooting support • Perform application testing and participate in integrated testing of vendor functionality • Contribute to application updates, upgrades, projects, and application-specific solutions • Provide 24/7 customer support for accountable applications • Plan, analyze, design, implement, test, and maintain Clinical/EHR software applications • Interface with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems • Develop and modify procedures to solve data processing problems • Prepare detailed specifications for program development • Coordinate implementation, analysis, testing, maintenance, upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows • Maintain system integrity using deep knowledge of technical components across modules

🎯 Requirements

• Epic certification in ASAP is required; appropriate Epic certification must be obtained within 6 months when supporting an Epic application • 2 years of Clinical Applications and Systems experience in design, build, integration, and activation • Minimum 2 years of related experience • In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in the job discipline • Basic knowledge of related disciplines • Strong analytical skills • Ability to provide advanced-level application support • Approved remote locations: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming
