• Assist the Behavioral Health Department by accurately registering new patients • Provide business services for patients and the healthcare system • Ensure accurate patient registration • Verify insurance and authorizations • Collect patient charges and payments • Operate a multi-line phone system while maintaining telephone protocols • Assist patients as needed
