• Serve as a link between inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team • See 5 patients per day • Participate in a call schedule • Use the Epic EHR System
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree • 2 or more years of working experience in Family Practice • Certified and Licensed APRN • Local candidate preferred
