📋 Description

• Administer Leave of Absence and Disability benefits daily in partnership with the Leave/Disability administration vendor • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and leave/disability policies • Serve as the primary liaison between employees, leaders and the Leave/Disability vendor regarding benefit processes, questions, concerns and issues • Recommend solutions to leave of absence and disability benefit issues • Prepare, review and analyze leave/disability data reports • Share data with key internal customers

🎯 Requirements

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. • 3 years of experience required • Experience in benefits or disability management, including administering family medical leaves, workers compensation, and short and long term disability benefits • Human Resources experience required • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required • Excellent written, verbal and organization skills required • AA degree preferred • Payroll experience preferred • Knowledge and ability to work with Human Resources management systems such as Lawson, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Kronos Workforce and Central HR Systems preferred • Associates Degree preferred • Bilingual, Spanish preferred
