âą Administer Leave of Absence and Disability benefits daily in partnership with the Leave/Disability administration vendor âą Ensure compliance with applicable laws and leave/disability policies âą Serve as the primary liaison between employees, leaders and the Leave/Disability vendor regarding benefit processes, questions, concerns and issues âą Recommend solutions to leave of absence and disability benefit issues âą Prepare, review and analyze leave/disability data reports âą Share data with key internal customers
âą High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. âą 3 years of experience required âą Experience in benefits or disability management, including administering family medical leaves, workers compensation, and short and long term disability benefits âą Human Resources experience required âą Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required âą Excellent written, verbal and organization skills required âą AA degree preferred âą Payroll experience preferred âą Knowledge and ability to work with Human Resources management systems such as Lawson, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Kronos Workforce and Central HR Systems preferred âą Associates Degree preferred âą Bilingual, Spanish preferred
