• Provide administrative support for research investigators and staff participating in clinical research across the Baptist Health System • Create and maintain detailed credentialing records for investigators and staff • Support ongoing audit readiness • Assist with onboarding new staff and investigators • Facilitate updates for existing staff and investigators to maintain compliance • Work under the limited supervision of the Regulatory Manager
• Associate degree • 3–5 years’ consecutive experience in healthcare administration, credentialing or policy development can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree • Previous credentialing experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business or health related field preferred • Information database development and management a plus • Organization, time management, professional communication, and policy/model development skills
