• Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems • Serve as a vital link between business units and IT teams • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Understand 'As-Is' workflows and design 'To-Be' processes • Lead sessions to define business functional requirements and scope • Support the full lifecycle of ERP, including functional system configuration, data migration, and system integration • Identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities • Develop ERP-related business process flows and test scripts • Act as a subject matter expert to train end-users and create documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other technical fields • 10+ years of combined experience in the above functional areas in either business and/or IT roles • Business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (Microsoft Dynamics preferred; SAP or other ERP system is acceptable) • Previous experience implementing ERP systems in a capital equipment manufacturing environment • Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations • Deep understanding of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Lean methodologies • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification for continuous process improvement
