📋 Description

• Audit and continuously evaluate the company’s systems landscape to identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies • Define and maintain a clear systems architecture • Drive consolidation and rationalization of tools • Optimize internal integrations and bidirectional integration capabilities • Improve data integrity, consistency, accessibility, and reporting across platforms • Drive end-user adoption through training, documentation, and process improvements • Partner with stakeholders to configure tools around real workflows • Monitor usage and improve engagement and efficiency • Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities in existing tools • Evaluate and pilot AI-driven tools or features • Embed AI into day-to-day workflows with cross-functional teams • Own and optimize Censys’s internal systems ecosystem to deliver business value

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or IT roles • Strong experience with leading SaaS tools and systems ecosystems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, Rippling, and Zendesk • Proven track record of improving workflows, integrating systems, and driving tool adoption • Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray • Familiarity with AI capabilities in modern SaaS tools • Highly analytical and systems-oriented • Strong communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities • Bias toward action and problem solving
