📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. • Analyze business needs, document requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of technology and business transformation solutions. • Work cross-functionally with business leaders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in systems implementation, preferably in a global ERP implementation in a regulated industry (life science, medical devices, or pharmaceutical organizations preferred) • Experience in functional business process analysis, change management, business requirements writing, business process optimization and use case development and documentation. • Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred. Commensurate business experience is required.
