📋 Description

• Lead and develop client projects across multiple industry sectors, primarily focused on Information Solutions • Deliver projects involving MES, custom software, reporting, IIoT, data collection, and analytics • Execute technical projects within the Information Solutions group • Provide deliverables while maintaining schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction • Interface with clients to define and manage scope on complex projects • Plan project timelines and work with Project Managers to ensure proper execution • Apply firm-wide Design Group standards and procedures • Participate in councils overseeing and adopting firm-wide standards • Drive projects to completion and support technical project direction and execution • Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts • Provide technical leadership to newer professionals • Help drive the Information Solutions group’s growth in technical capability • Travel for project installations, start-up activities, client meetings, company-sponsored meetings, trainings, seminars, forums, and conventions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience developing and providing software solutions for the consumer products, life science and/or industrial industries • Experience architecting and implementing MES and data collection/reporting systems across various platforms • Strong preference for experience with Ignition, Sepasoft, or custom MES/database development • Prior experience as a system integrator is a plus • Experience developing in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and Java is a plus • Experience leveraging Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Git version control, or Figma is a plus • Strong record of successful client interface • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for project requirements • Minimum B.S. in an Engineering field is preferred; consideration given to other computer or software degrees based on actual experience • Applicants may be subject to pre-employment screening
