📋 Description

• Prepare and review federal and state corporate income tax returns across multiple legal entities and approximately 50 states • Assist with quarterly tax estimates, extensions, and annual tax filings • Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions under IFRS • Partner with internal accounting teams and external auditors to support tax reporting and compliance activities • Assist with tax audits, notices, and regulatory inquiries • Support tax planning initiatives, tax rate forecasting, and tax research projects • Review 1099 and 1042 information return filings • Assist with property tax, sales and use tax, annual reports, and business license filings • Manage tax depreciation records and related reporting • Provide tax guidance and support to Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal, Marketing, and other business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive corporate tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience • Strong understanding of federal and state corporate income tax regulations • Experience preparing corporate tax returns and income tax provisions • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Master's Degree in Taxation (preferred) • CPA or EA certification (preferred) • Experience in a large corporate tax department or public accounting environment (preferred) • Experience with SAP, JDE, SAP Fixed Assets Tax Software, or similar systems (preferred)
