📋 Description

• Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery. • Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk. • Oversee PeopleSoft HCM initiatives and ensure compliance with DoD requirements. • Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional teams in a secure environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree in Information Technology. • Ten (10) years of PeopleSoft HCM experience in an Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) agency. • PMP Certification. • Demonstrated experience managing complex IT programs. • Five (5) years managing a portfolio of applications in a classified environment. • Security Clearance Must be holding an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
