📋 Description

• Provide technical advisory support for ServiceNow, including architecture, data flows, and integration requirements • Support integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and the established ServiceNow environment • Optimize and expand ServiceNow capabilities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery • Support asset data ingestion from external systems such as procurement platforms, SCCM, and cloud platforms • Design and maintain CMDB and asset data processes • Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics focused on asset utilization, compliance, and cost optimization • Support software license management, compliance tracking, and audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 15 years of software development experience • At least 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow • Significant hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management modules, including HAM, SAM, or SaaS • Deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Asset Lifecycle Management • Strong experience with CMDB design, asset data normalization, reconciliation, and discovery tools • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow REST, SOAP, and JDBC integrations • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development frameworks • Experience with software license management, compliance tracking, and audit support • Strong understanding of ITIL practices related to asset and configuration management • Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance analytics • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience working in Agile environments preferred
