📋 Description

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and SDR-aligned outbound • Own event strategy and execution in coordination with Marketing Coordinator to foster impactful engagement and high-quality pipeline • Run Barti's webinar program, from content development through promotion and follow-up • Identify and execute direct mail campaigns and publication or newsletter sponsorships • Build and manage a referrals program to generate consistent, low-cost pipeline • Partner with SDRs to create outbound sequences, talk tracks, and door-opener strategies • Own the operational execution of your individual campaigns—including UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment—while contributing to broader team processes • Focus on driving tangible revenue and pipeline results rather than simply increasing MQL counts, while providing data-backed recommendations to executive leadership on resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record of driving new-logo growth through multi-channel campaigns and events • Hands-on experience executing campaigns yourself, including event planning and execution (virtual and in-person), email marketing, and paid media, not solely through agencies • Experience partnering closely with Sales or SDR teams on outbound strategy and enablement • Comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms • Experience in a fast-paced, B2B startup environment with a track record of building process in new, unstructured environments • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs • Experience with direct mail, publication sponsorships, or referral programs is a plus • Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing is a plus
