📋 Description

• Build strategic campaign plans for social RFP requests • Build and QA campaigns according to best practices • Maintain understanding of the paid social landscape, platforms, products, solutions, and best practices • Review campaigns daily to monitor pacing, audit performance, and own optimizations • Steward clients’ media investment across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and X • Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Digital Media Buyers, and Planners to develop performance stories and achieve campaign results • Craft client-facing points of view on the evolving social landscape • Assist with training, mentoring, and development of team members • Adopt new processes and workflow modifications • Troubleshoot creative, tactic, URL, pixel, ad management platform, and campaign-setting issues • Educate internal teams on paid social platform tools • Develop and document paid social media management best practices • Develop client relationships through statuses, QBRs, and ad hoc meetings • Manage social campaigns before and after launch and proactively manage social RFPs and campaign launches • Understand media plan objectives and how social affects overall campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with the daily management and execution of paid social campaigns across various platforms • 2+ years of experience with social media planning, strategy, and campaign optimization • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull and analyze reports from various ad manager platforms • Familiarity with first-party and third-party data and tagging/pixel placement • Proficiency in Excel and PPT • Strong command and understanding of AI tool usage • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment • Developed communication and presentation skills • Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported • Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning • Identity, education, and employment history verification required for hires
