📋 Description

• Process HR transactions across hiring, onboarding, talent movement, headcount changes, and terminations • Respond to employee inquiries through Workday Help and other Talent Services channels • Resolve entry-level cases and educate employees on resources, policies, and procedures • Maintain data integrity across Workday and related systems through data entry, validation, and recurring audits • Identify discrepancies, resolve data issues, and ensure employee and organizational data accuracy • Provide learning administration support, including course creation, enrollments, attendance tracking, and travel requests • Provide talent administration support, including position and requisition creation and personnel changes • Provide recruiting administration support, including referral bonus processing, sign-on bonus processing, and external job board audits • Support compliance activities, process and service improvements, and cross-functional Talent & Development initiatives

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional accuracy, organization, and follow-through • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Service-oriented mindset • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes • Commitment to equity, access, inclusion, and respectful environments • Previous experience in Human Resources Operations, Shared Services, or a related administrative or customer support role • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar systems • Experience supporting employee inquiries in a shared services, help desk, case management, or ticketing environment
