📋 Description

• Work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and design software infrastructure for telehealth • Lead frontend migrations, performance work, and production AI builds • Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production • Work across the stack from interface through API to database • Use Cursor and Claude Code as part of AI-first development workflows • Prototype and validate quickly with real patients and care teams • Build scalable, reusable, well-architected patterns • Build transparent and trustworthy AI and automation systems for patients and providers • Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability • Document and share AI-native prompts, patterns, and workflows • Collaborate closely with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience • React • TypeScript • Next.js • Tailwind • JavaScript • tRPC • Drizzle ORM • SQL • Node • SST • Full-stack product development experience • Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 • Ability to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the codebase • Strong experience building paid products and services is preferred • React Native or Expo experience is a plus • Strong communication skills to articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines • Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
