📋 Description

• Define and shape Bask Health’s visual identity across its web presence, marketing channels, and product • Execute marketing design across the website, sales collateral, social media assets, and email campaigns • Develop creative ways to reach the audience, including campaigns, content series, and events • Use LLMs as a starting point to clarify thinking, draft output, research problems, and move faster • Apply judgment to refine AI-assisted work and maintain a high quality bar • Test designs with real users and stakeholders and iterate based on feedback • Document and share effective AI-native prompts, processes, and workflows across the team • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong creative skills and a portfolio demonstrating passion for illustrative design and typography • Experience working with numerous design platforms across digital and print forms • Very comfortable working in Figma • Strong understanding of web design and visual quality • Intuitive sense for effective copy and how words and visuals work together • Experience working for product-led companies, ideally in SaaS • Familiarity with HTML and CSS • Some experience with video and enthusiasm to develop this skill • Comfort taking ownership of ambiguity in a fast-moving product team • Preference for working openly and sharing work early and often • Excitement about metrics-driven experimentation while preserving strong design taste
