• Own and grow a regional book of refuse/waste and municipal fleet accounts • Run the full cycle: prospect, demo, pilot, close, and expand on a per-truck subscription model • Win competitive municipal RFPs and navigate public-sector procurement • Partner with our dealer channel and body/OEM partners to source and close deals • Structure multi-year subscription agreements and pilots with clear, written success criteria • Be the voice of the customer back to product as we build the roadmap
• An existing book of business in refuse/waste or vocational fleets (this is the #1 requirement) • 5+ years selling SaaS, telematics, fleet video, or fleet-management technology • A track record closing into large private haulers and/or municipal fleets • Experience responding to and winning RFPs and public-sector procurement • Comfort selling a hardware + software + AI solution, not just a point product • Hunter mentality paired with consultative, multi-stakeholder deal skills • Willingness to travel to customer sites, yards, and trade shows
