📋 Description

• Support collection, validation, analysis, and documentation of ESG data for voluntary disclosures and regulatory reporting • Support GHG reporting for Scopes 1, 2, and 3, including emissions data management, calculations, data quality reviews, and assurance-ready reporting packages • Partner with Finance, Sustainability, Operations, Procurement, Real Estate, Legal, and other functions to resolve data gaps and validate reporting assumptions • Prepare ESG performance dashboards, management reporting, and sustainability disclosures • Support annual sustainability reports and other external reporting requirements • Assist with sustainability reporting governance, reporting boundary assessments, legal entity scoping, regulatory readiness, and international reporting coordination • Coordinate external assurance and internal audit activities, including evidence collection, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, control testing support, and remediation tracking • Maintain ESG reporting process documentation • Support internal controls enhancing reporting accuracy, completeness, and reliability • Manage project plans, action logs, milestones, and stakeholder communications across ESG reporting initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase automation • Collaborate with Sustainability, Finance, Operations, Legal, Internal Audit, and external assurance providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, accounting, finance, audit, compliance, internal controls, reporting, or a related analytical function • Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets, reporting systems, databases, or data management platforms • Advanced Excel skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of ESG reporting, greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, SASB, GRI, TCFD, etc.), or ESG technology platforms such as Watershed is preferred • Detail-oriented, self-motivated professional able to build relationships, improve processes, maintain strong controls, and deliver high-quality, audit-ready reporting in a fast-paced environment • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
