📋 Description

• Analyze, design, and optimize business systems and processes to meet organizational needs • Gather and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement technology solutions • Act as a liaison among R&D, business units, and engineering teams • Continuously monitor system performance and optimize processes • Lead change management efforts related to new systems and processes • Analyze business data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst • Strong understanding of business processes, system design, and engineering solutions • Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system implementation • Experience with project management tool sets (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Proficiency in business analysis tools, databases, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
