📋 Description

• Direct, organize, and structure technical work across the client’s Data Ingestion Platform • Map data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT flows, and client reporting feeds • Lead end-to-end sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tooling • Translate technical requirements into actionable user stories and task breakdowns • Coordinate daily with Developers, Data Analysts, QA Data Engineers, and DevOps resources • Resolve blockers and drive sprint commitments to completion • Identify, track, and manage cross-functional interdependencies across enterprise areas, upstream data providers, downstream analytics, and security/compliance platforms • Track development activities, build phases, code migration schedules, and technical deliverables • Coordinate environment readiness, test automation pipelines, data validation strategies, and release management with QA and DevOps teams • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders • Deliver status updates, risk mitigations, and project roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Delivery, or Technical Program Management within complex IT environments • Proven background organizing and delivering projects involving enterprise data architectures, Data Ingestion Platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, or data warehousing • Extensive experience driving overall Sprint Planning and delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or equivalent enterprise Agile platforms • Proven track record of direct collaboration and credibility with Developers, Data Analysts, QA Data Engineers, and DevOps Engineers • Ability to identify and manage high-level technical interdependencies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and organizational workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and articulate project goals clearly • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience • Preferred: direct project experience within Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Financial Services • Preferred: hands-on or technical management experience within the Microsoft Azure Cloud ecosystem • Preferred: understanding of automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, DataOps, and automated data quality validation frameworks • Preferred: Agile, Project Management, or Cloud certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Azure Data Fundamentals
