âą Partner with departmental leadership to implement strategic objectives according to established timelines âą Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members through coaching, career planning, and competency development âą Ensure onboarding, training, and documentation processes are completed and maintained âą Review project system setups, processes, and documentation for compliance with quality standards and SOPs âą Conduct routine team meetings to facilitate communication, monitor workload, and support resource forecasting âą Collect, monitor, analyze, and report team performance metrics âą Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution âą Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities âą Promote cross-departmental collaboration for communication, resource utilization, and contract execution âą Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and streamline Project Management processes âą Ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation standards âą Support development, review, and maintenance of SOPs, departmental training plans, and job descriptions âą Lead departmental initiatives and process improvement efforts related to systems, services, and operational workflows âą Participate in customer meetings and presentations alongside Business Development and Operations teams âą Perform additional responsibilities and special projects supporting organizational objectives
âą Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred âą Minimum of six years of experience in telecommunications, SaaS technologies, Clinical Trials, Healthcare IT, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry âą Demonstrated Project Management experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment âą Six or more years of people leadership experience preferred, including direct management of teams of 15 or more employees âą Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams âą Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process âą Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments âą Strong understanding of project management methodologies, operational processes, and customer service principles âą Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management, and prioritization skills âą Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across multiple functions and leadership levels âą Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications âą Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20% as business needs require âą Commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development
