📋 Description

• Keep existing bill counts and policy premiums on the books by notifying members that their premium is due. • Assist members with making payments and setting up recurring payments. • Direct interested members to the sales department for a new policy or new level term product. • Mail reminder and lapse letters from the system in a timely manner. • Make at least 50 outbound calls per day. • Review retention reports daily and identify focus areas. • Work through assigned unpaid-account tasks. • Assist on the payment line to ensure member calls are handled promptly. • Work credit-card-expiration tasks and EFT-failed accounts. • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Affinity life and health plans offered. • Meet goals and maintain bill count and premium on the books.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software programs. • Active Illinois insurance license or the ability to become licensed within 90 days of hire.
