📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the quality, security, and usability of organizational data. • Understand Synergy System Data and its use for reporting, marketing, and business operations. • Monitor data integrity, identify inconsistencies, quality issues, and trends, and recommend improvements. • Serve as a subject matter expert on data interpretation for marketing and reporting teams. • Troubleshoot reporting data issues and inconsistencies. • Recommend improved data utilization to Marketing and Sales Leads to maximize sales campaigns. • Interpret and analyze data to support business goals. • Maintain business practice guidelines for adding data to Pearl systems across differing source and business data types. • Define processes, functionality, data quality standards, data sourcing, and workflows. • Research and improve data management processes through standardization and reduced manual manipulation. • Maintain and regularly update system and process documentation. • Monitor and attend marketing meetings and coordinate Data Management team requests within scope. • Escalate out-of-scope or quality-risk requests and work with leaders on appropriate processes. • Work with external vendors using and understanding organizational data. • Complete special projects and document processes to automate data extractions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; 2+ years of experience using basic statistical procedures, research methods, and evaluation techniques; 2+ years of analyzing / managing data via tools such as Excel; 2+ years of marketing analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must possess intermediate skills in research, including knowledge of marketing, customer behavior evaluation, statistical theory and application, Excel, and Access. • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization. • Strong problem-solving abilities using critical thinking that applies logic. • Detail oriented with capability to deliver a high level of accuracy. • Ability to learn technical and functionality concepts quickly with a high level of retention. • Ability to communicate technical and functionality concepts verbally and in writing to assigned user base. • Ability to organize and prioritize workload with multiple projects and deadlines. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to handle frequent and random changes when building custom software. • Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues and develop solutions.
