📋 Description

• Underwrite contract surety bonds and assess risk acceptability • Manage daily bid and final bond requests • Review new contract bond/account submissions for completeness and compliance with company policies • Oversee the fiscal status of accounts through analysis of annual accounting audits and internal financial statements • Build and enhance agency relationships through regular meetings, account visits, and new surety partnerships • Drive premium production growth using market knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach • Oversee and manage internal underwriters • Train and develop internal underwriting employees
