• Ability to quickly learn Brown & Brown workflows and internal and third-party enrollment platforms • Obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided) • Retain benefits knowledge • Attend client-specific training • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Enter information accurately into the enrollment program • Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task • Must have excellent punctuality and attendance
