📋 Description

• Develop and successfully acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients • Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue appropriate new opportunities, including a specific business plan for growth • Follow up to address client needs and resolve problems or issues • Train client personnel as necessary or instructed by the Regional Manager • Ensure appropriate organizational resources are involved with clients and introduce new products where appropriate • Provide weekly action reports with leads and opportunities as instructed by Team Leaders • Present proposals to clients, ensuring appropriate team members and resources are represented or attend • Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures • Stay up to date with current market conditions and competition status • Conduct sales and renewal of business and participate in the TOP GUN program

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Excellent communication skills • Associate and/or bachelor’s degree (Preferred) • Minimum of two (2) years automotive F&I experience and/or sales management experience (Preferred)
