📋 Description
• Originate and lead execution of liability management mandates • Advise clients on refinancing, capital structure optimization, and bond strategies • Partner across Coverage, DCM, and other product teams to deliver integrated solutions • Build and oversee advanced financial models and transaction analytics • Significant focus on building trusted advisor relationships with both existing clients and prospects • Mentor junior team members and help shape the platform’s growth
🎯 Requirements
• 7–10+ years of experience in Liability Management, Debt Advisory, or DCM • Strong track record in the US market, with exposure to LatAm • Deep understanding of fixed income products, funding strategies, Accounting (US GAAP and IFRS) and capital structures • Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analytical mindset • Client-facing experience with proven ability to originate and execute transactions • Fluency in English required; Spanish is a strong plus • SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
