📋 Description

• Support the execution of IT and Information Security risk management activities for the New York Office • Contribute to the annual risk assessment process • Coordinate with Second Line of Defense (Risk Control Specialists) • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and support escalation of relevant risks and issues • Support control testing activities, issue tracking, and remediation follow-up • Contribute to regulatory and audit processes • Support the budgeting process (BAU and SDA initiatives) • Analyze Engineering activity through KPIs • Track organizational structure, including headcount and open roles • Prepare internal and external presentations • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual workload across reporting and control activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline • 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT risk, control assurance and business management functions • Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks (NIST, ISO, FFIEC, NYDFS) is a plus • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve productivity and automate tasks is a must • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is preferred • Experience supporting budgeting, financial tracking, or business performance monitoring • Familiarity with workforce management tools (e.g., Workday) • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure and interpret data effectively • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate across multiple topics in a structured and organized manner • Languages: Spanish is a plus • Certifications: Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, or similar) are a plus, but not required.
