📋 Description
• Lead the operations, reliability, and modernization of enterprise systems across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. • Oversee directory services, server and virtualization platforms, endpoint management, cloud productivity services, backup and disaster recovery, and enterprise systems monitoring. • Manage IT system-related vendors, support contracts, and coordinate with procurement team. • Collaborate with Networking and Security teams to ensure consistent architecture and secure configurations. • Develop forward-looking domain roadmaps covering systems reliability, automation, and modernization.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • 7+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, cloud systems administration, or infrastructure operations. • 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity overseeing system platforms or engineering teams. • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on‑premises enterprise environments.
