📋 Description

• Lead validation, assessment, and authorization processes for IT systems against cybersecurity and risk requirements • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT professionals on governance, risk management, compliance, and GRC support objectives • Contribute to annual strategic planning and develop Board-level and executive reporting • Maintain cybersecurity, control, and risk management frameworks and a protected control library • Track laws and regulations and map them to security and control frameworks • Design security controls aligned with organizational risk appetite and business objectives • Develop and maintain IT and cybersecurity governance documentation • Identify security-control metrics and report operational governance, risk, and compliance metrics • Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training through phishing simulations, remote events, computer-based training, and communications • Assess technical environments, identify gaps, develop remediation efforts, and create security risk management plans • Conduct risk assessments and provide risk-management guidance and education • Coordinate security initiatives and participate in acquisition processes using risk-management practices • Monitor and assess security controls, manage audit findings, and support internal and external audits • Lead process analysis, development, and improvement efforts • Develop, test, and deliver solutions, reporting, information, and relationship management support • Liaise with clients, auditors, consultants, IT management, cybersecurity personnel, and other stakeholders • Interview process owners and review process design to understand business requirements • Mentor and lead operational activities of junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Audit, and/or related fields required, or four years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree • 4 years of relevant, specialized experience required • Highly developed proficiency across multiple Governance, Risk, and Compliance disciplines • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, marketing, and consulting skills • Hands-on technical expertise in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or application development highly desirable • Experience and working knowledge of at least two specified GRC disciplines, including technology risk management, governance documentation, cybersecurity awareness, IT/security controls and compliance, IT auditing, technical IT infrastructure management, or cybersecurity architecture/incident response • Multiple cybersecurity, IT, security governance, information systems audit, compliance, risk management, or computer networking trainings and certifications preferred • Must be authorized to work for Louisiana Blue in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support • Residency in or relocation to Louisiana is preferred
