📋 Description

• Identify, capture, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in the risk register • Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and subject matter experts • Perform qualitative assessments and contribute data for quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis • Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates to ensure accountability and closure • Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for project controls and leadership reviews • Monitor emerging risks, early warning indicators, and changes in project scope or conditions • Support schedule risk reviews • Coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction delivery teams to embed risk into decision-making • Escalate high-impact risks and recommend mitigation options for leadership approval • Ensure adherence to enterprise risk framework, tools, and governance standards • Refine the Owner Furnished Equipment risk taxonomy and framework • Conduct OFE risk identification workshops and document cost and schedule risks in an e-Builder risk register • Design or recommend controls to reduce identified OFE risks • Review and update the OFE risk register and track mitigation actions • Compile and assess General Contractor risks for data center construction projects • Refine the GC risk taxonomy and finalize top GC risks for O&M and construction projects in e-Builder • Design or recommend controls to reduce identified GC risks • Support risk mitigation strategies and operational activities for Machine Learning ramp builds

🎯 Requirements

• Experience identifying, capturing, and maintaining project risks, issues, and opportunities in a risk register • Experience facilitating risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and subject matter experts • Experience performing qualitative assessments and contributing data for quantitative cost/schedule risk analysis • Experience tracking mitigation actions, owners, and due dates • Experience preparing risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries • Experience monitoring emerging risks and early warning indicators • Experience supporting schedule risk reviews • Experience coordinating with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction delivery teams • Experience escalating high-impact risks and recommending mitigation options • Knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, tools, and governance standards • Experience with Owner Furnished Equipment supply chain risk programs • Experience with General Contractor risk programs in data center construction • Experience using e-Builder • Membership or certification with a relevant risk-domain association, including PMI (PMP, RMP), AACE (PRMP, DRMP), RICS (MRICS or FRICS), or equivalent is a bonus • Safran, @RISK, PRA, Deltek, or Omega application knowledge is a bonus
