📋 Description

• Support administration and analysis of value-based healthcare programs • Gain hands-on experience with alternative reimbursement, payment, and billing methodologies • Support healthcare operations, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement • Assist Value Based Operations analysts and business partners • Monitor program performance • Reconcile payment and billing information • Prepare reports • Support operational projects that improve value-based care programs • Support business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level undergraduate, recent graduate, or graduate-level student in statistics, accounting, finance, mathematics, business administration, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.5+ preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) • Basic working knowledge of SQL • Effective oral and written communication abilities • Analytical thinking and professional presentation of ideas • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Undergraduates and graduate-level students must be able to work 20 hours/week during Spring/Fall semesters and 30–35 hours/week during summer • Residency in or relocation to Louisiana preferred • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required after offer and prior to hire
