📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, document, and implement complex solutions for end-user computing systems • Provide highly available software distribution and patch management • Monitor performance and maintain system stability • Support and ensure reliability of deployed technologies, systems, and processes according to established procedures and industry best practices • Develop software packages and deployment scripts • Support Windows 11 environments and remediate workstation vulnerabilities • Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, Company Portal, and deployment issues • Participate in maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying software packages for Windows 11 environments • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including building application packages and troubleshooting deployments • Experience with PowerShell, PSADT, AdminStudio, and system scripting • Experience troubleshooting Windows 11, Intune, and Company Portal issues • Understanding of application packaging and automated software deployment • Preferred: Experience with Patch My PC and vulnerability management tools such as Qualys • Preferred: Knowledge of certificates, application signing, and Microsoft AppLocker • Preferred: Experience managing Intune policies • Preferred: Experience with Citrix XenApp or other application virtualization solutions • Preferred: Experience with Nexthink or NinjaOne for remote desktop environments • Preferred: Experience supporting developer communities • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow, change management, and ticketing • Preferred: Scrum experience and/or relevant technical or ITIL certifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or commensurate professional experience, required • 3 years of experience in Information Technology required • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including workstations, networking, storage, virtualization, and integration between these systems • Must be willing to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and participate in an on-call rotation • Sponsorship is not available for this role
